Using SolidWorks to3D Model

I just love this can and how it came out. I produced the body so that it can be printed in a single print.

There is also a chassis designed that fits into the body like a glove. The images below are direct screen shots from SolidWorks.

Using SolidWorks to Render

After designing was complete I then rendered it in SolidWorks.

I printed this car using an Ender 3 Pro Direct Drive at 1:32 and 1:24 scale.

The 1923 Fiat Mephistopheles: A Historical OverviewIn the annals of automotive history, the 1923 Fiat Mephistopheles stands out as a remarkable feat of engineering and ambition. Created by the ingenious Ernest A.D. Eldridge, the Mephistopheles was not just a car; it was a statement of power and possibility.

Born from the marriage of a Fiat racing car chassis and a Fiat A.12 aircraft engine, this behemoth of a vehicle was destined for greatness. On the 12th of July, 1924, Eldridge, who was both the mind and the man behind the wheel, shattered the World Land Speed Record, achieving an astonishing speed of 234.98 km/h (146.0 mph) on the roads of Arpajon, France.

The name 'Mephistopheles' was aptly chosen, inspired by the demon character from folklore, reflecting the car's thunderous roar that echoed its infernal namesake. It was the last vehicle to set a land speed record on a public road, a testament to its raw, untamed power.

Powered by a 6-cylinder, 21.7-liter engine, the Mephistopheles delivered a whopping 320 PS (235 kW; 316 bhp), a remarkable output for its time. The car's legacy is not just in the record it broke but in the spirit it embodied - a spirit of relentless pursuit of perfection, much like the ethos of RAM Design.

Ernest A.D. Eldridge's singular vision and daring resulted in a legend that would forever be etched in the history of motorsport. It stands as a symbol of innovation, precision, and experienced design, values that resonate deeply with the principles of RAM Design. Today, the Fiat Mephistopheles is more than just a historical record-holder; it is an icon that continues to inspire automotive enthusiasts and engineers alike, embodying the essence of pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

For those interested in delving deeper into the story of the Mephistopheles and its creator, Ernest A.D. Eldridge, the links provided offer a gateway to explore the rich tapestry of this vehicle's storied past.
